We offer free UK delivery on all orders, no minimum spend. 

 We aim to ship your item within 2 days.

 

Returns

The Asian Occasion is exchange only.

We quality check each item before dispatch, but if there is a fault with an item we need to be informed within 7 days of recieving the order by emailing us at the_asianoccasion@hotmail.com

Exchanges will be issued once the original item has been recieved by The Asian Occasion. Shipping fees for the exchange will be covered by the customer.

Exchanges will only be agreed once The Asian Occasion has checked the item and approved the fault.
